- No Guarantee of Results: I do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or success from my Services. Business outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, your implementation efforts, and external circumstances.
- Due Diligence: You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before implementing any advice, strategy, or solution we provide. I am not liable for any decisions you make based on my Services.
3. No Money-Back Guarantee
I do not offer a money-back guarantee for any Services, products, or solutions purchased online, through my website or by contract or deal. All sales are final, except in the following circumstances:
- Refund Consideration: Refunds may be considered at my sole discretion after negotiation and a thorough assessment. I will evaluate whether you (the Client) took sufficient time and action to implement the proposed ideas, strategies, or solutions effectively.
- Assessment Process: If you request a refund, you must provide detailed evidence of your implementation efforts, including timelines, actions taken, and outcomes. I will review this within 90 days and determine eligibility for a refund. My decision is final.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, David Dobric shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of my Services, Products, Ideas and/or Solutions including but not limited to:
- Direct or Indirect Damages: I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Implementation Risks: As the Client, you are responsible for the execution of my ideas, advice, strategies, or solutions. I am not liable for any negative outcomes, damages, or losses resulting from your implementation, failure to implement, or improper execution.
- Third-Party Actions: I am not responsible for damages caused by third parties, including your employees, contractors, or partners, who may act on my advice or use my Services.
- External Factors: I am not liable for outcomes affected by external factors beyond our control, such as market changes, economic conditions, legal changes, or your business environment.
- Advice and Recommendations: Any advice, strategies, or solutions I provide are for informational purposes only. I am not responsible for any decisions you make based before, on, or after my recommendations.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Me, David Dobric, my affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of my Services, your implementation of my advice, or your violation of these Terms.

- Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. I accept payments via PayPal, Bank Wire and/or Skrill Credit Card Processing.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of 3.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
